We print exactly what you upload. Please ensure your image is high-resolution (at least 300 DPI). Low-quality images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution uploads.
Cropping & Layout
Our site allows you to crop and position your image. Please double-check the preview before submitting your order. We do not make changes to your image once your order is placed unless requested prior to production.
Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in screens, printers, and materials, actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on your device. We work hard to keep colors accurate but cannot guarantee a perfect match.
Copyright Responsibility
By uploading any photo or artwork, you certify that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We are not liable for any copyright or licensing issues that may arise from customer-provided content.
Refund Policy
Because each magnet is made to order, **all sales are final**. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom products unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect.

Our magnets are decorative and not toys. Please keep out of reach of small children and pets. Magnets can pose serious health risks if swallowed.
Shipping & Delays
We do our best to ship quickly, but once your order leaves our hands, delivery times may vary due to postal delays or holidays. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages after shipment but will help you resolve any issues with the carrier.
